Privacy

This site is run by Crime retold, [country]. Contact: hello@whentrustturns.online.

What we collect

When you buy, Bachs collects your payment details and shares with us your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver the book, answer you and keep the records the law requires. We do not see your card.

Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. If visitor statistics are turned on they are anonymous and use no cookies.

The site stores a checkout reference in your browser so it can confirm payment and provide your downloads. This is used for order access, not advertising.

Who processes it

Bachs (payments) and Netlify (hosting) process data for us under their own privacy terms. We never sell your data.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to hello@whentrustturns.online. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
